Since the last post, I've moved out of the city where I'm part-owner of some land. I have plans for building my house. I've dropped plans of moving far away since I'm the one in my family tasked with caring for my parents when they get too old to do it themselves. I'm back in school, learning to make bank. I finally upgraded my computer to an incredible BEAST of a PC (specs to follow). I do, however, lack one thing.
High-speed internet.
Absolutely ZERO companies run out here for any kind of decent internet, so I'm tethered through my phone. It runs at a blazing average of 20Kb/s. A far cry from the 16Mb/s hub I was used to. Still, it does its job.
Anyway, that's it. Not a killer post riddled with drama and self-deprecating optimism this time. There shouldn't be any of those.
